The Feast of the Assumption of Mary shows us the greatest mystery of our faith: man’s future is not death but glorification and eternal life. Through Mary, the Lord wants to show us that the human journey aims to dwell in the bosom of the Father, which we have come from and are returning to. The feast announces to us that no one can get to heaven alone.
