A three-year synodal event has begun. We are called to unity, to communion, to brotherhood, which comes from a feeling that the love of God embraces us. Synodality is a fundamental feature of the identity of the Church. It is the path that God expects of the Church of the third millennium. We need to focus on listening to the Holy Spirit, God’s word, and what God wants from us.
