Palm Sunday is preparing us for Easter, the realization of Jesus’ kingdom, the kingdom of love and peace that will reign in our hearts. Jesus’ passion and death reveal that He is the Son of God. Our suffering can be the path to Easter morning. If we accept it, we remain close to others, and a difficult ordeal becomes the path to love.
