A man can leave God, but God never leaves a man. Faith is a living relationship, constantly growing if it gets life from the vine. To remain in Jesus we need conscious determination, fidelity, maturation, and abiding in what gives us life and strength to be able to know and overcome the alluring brilliance of the world.
